Terms of Sale

When purchasing a ticket for any GIG, the following terms of sale are effective:

1. Ticket Pricing per GIG:

a. £8.50 (admits 1 Child & 1 FREE Adult)

b. £11.50 (admits 1 Child & 2 Adults) 1 FREE Adult and 1 paying £3

2. Refunds and Ticket Transfers

In the event of Musical Mavericks having to cancel a GIG for any reason including Covid-19, the ticket purchaser will be given the option of transferring their ticket to an alternative GIG or a full refund.

In the event of the ticket purchaser being unable to attend a GIG, they can request a full refund up to 24hrs prior to the start time of the GIG. If attendance cannot be made due to testing positive for Covid-19 a full refund will be given.

3. Photography and Videoing

For reasons of child protection whilst also appreciating and wishing for GIGS to be great fun family times where it is natural to wish to document with photos and video. We request any photos and video are only taken of those you have attended the GIG with or only done with the permission of parents at the GIG if they or their children were to be included.

Musical Mavericks are happy for parents to video and photograph them with the understanding that they will own the copyright of such photos and recordings. This is to ensure no material is used in a way that can be detrimental to them.

4. Liability

Musical Mavericks risk assess all GIGS and do all they can to ensure all attend in a safe manner. They cannot be held responsible for any behavior or actions of any other party. Parents are solely responsible for their children’s supervision and their children must not be left unsupervised at anytime during GIGS.

5. Force Majeure

In no event shall Musical Mavericks be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, covid-19, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes, viruses or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services; it being understood that Musical Mavericks shall take every reasonable effort to resume performance as soon as practicable under the circumstances. 6. Covid-19

Musical Mavericks requests anyone feeling unwell prior to any GIG to self administer a lateral flow test. If testing positive we expressly request you DO NOT ATTEND the GIG. (Please view term 2. Refunds and Ticket Transfers)

Those attending are requested to respect each others personal space and to practice good hand hygiene. The wearing of face masks is a personal choice and not a requirement for attending.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed and to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. If any term is held void or unenforceable in whole or part by any court or other competent authority, the remaining terms and the remainder of the terms affected, shall remain in full force and effect.

8. Amendment of these Terms of Sale

Musical Mavericks reserves the right to amend these Terms of Sale. Any such amendment shall be effective once the terms have been posted on this web page.
