Musical Mavericks are providing online, interactive music sessions using the free online video calling platform ZOOM.
Join Gina and Dave singing traditional and original songs whilst exploring lots of different themes such as transport, dinosaurs, under the sea, down on the farm, space, numbers, the alphabet and so much more!
Sessions are interactive and great FUN!!
Music Session Duration: 30 minutes
Sessions are:
- Educational and great fun
- Provided by Gina Edwards an EYFS qualified level 4 and experienced SENCO who has worked in various childcare settings and roles, including Management for over 14 years & Dave Cox a professional musician with over 15 years’ experience of running music sessions

ZOOM is free to download and use
ZOOM can be downloaded to devices such as:
– Desktop Computers
– Laptops
– iPads and other tablets
– Mobile devices
Most devices can be connected to a TV for a bigger viewing screen. This enables a larger group size to access the sessions. Many laptops have a HDMI port, with these all you need is a HDMI cable to connect the laptop to your TV. There are also adapters for other devices for sale on eBay and Amazon.
Privacy and security
For privacy, attendees can turn off their device mic and webcam, this means they are able to view and listen to the music session but not interact. When using ZOOM, the waiting room and room lock functions are enabled. This as well as having a registration process in place ensures only those with valid Session Tickets gain access to the music sessions.
